"Third time lucky writing this review. To start it only gets one star broke down after 6 days..seems like if I pur 1 star review AO don't post it.my disapointment isn't with ao it's with beko customer services way way to long on phone to talk to someone to long for someone to come and look at the dryer to tell me it doesn't work(then wait for a replacement)remembering only lasted 6 days..ao customer services have been great replacing in 3 days..thanks..then another hour on phone to cancel engineer..won't be doing beko again!!"
"Absolutely fantastic, well exceeded my expectations!
I didn't know much about tumble dryers to be honest, and decided to go for a heat pump one because they seem to be the latest technology and most efficient cost wise, and am so glad I did.
This machine not only looks great, it's simple to use, quick to dry, easy to empty the water from, simple to defluff, and quiet.
The dark smokey door makes it look posh and expensive and compliments our Samsung washing machine.
AO were, as they always are, absolutely fantastic to buy from. Friendly, helpful, easy to do business with, and the best price. Honestly, when I buy these sorts of things now, I only ever go to AO, because it's difficult to see how anyone could be better!
Buy this machine, and from AO, you won't be disappointed I guarantee!

"Second time trying to leave a review. Dryer broke down after 6 days..Contacted beko customer services (after 1 hour 15 mins)told engineer not coming for 5 days to tell me it's not working so then i could get a replacement (THEN WAIT FOR the REPLACEMENT)not good enough on a new product..phoned AO who are sending a replacement in 2 days!so 10 out of 10 for AO customer services who were very helpful (thanks sam)lot of hassle just to get a tumble dryer,won't be buying beko again!!! To finish off another 45 mins to beko to cancel the engineer. "
