"Doing a good job so far (one month in). Quiet and fast. The option to have it either totally dry or just needing an airing is useful. The lint catcher and water drawer feel a tiny bit flimsier than I'd like, but will hopefully do their job and not break."

"I'm shocked that I hate this tumble dryer so much after reading all the positive reviews (which I read before purchasing it). I've been using mine since November 2023, so I've waited a couple of months before reviewing it. Unless I'm doing something wrong, it's rubbish! Bring back my old tumble dryer any day. We have a lot of washing and drying to do, almost on a daily basis - but this machine takes forever to dry a load when my old machine (sadly broken) only took 40 minutes at the most. This can take well over two hours and it often doesn't dry the clothes completely. I've used a variety of settings, choosing the 'wardrobe dry' setting in the hope that the clothes would be actually dry, but this hardly ever works. I'm definitely not overloading the machine and I'd say 8 out of every 10 loads of 'drying' I do are not dry at the end of the cycle. Also, this machine does not dry clothes evenly - some are dry, some are damp. it's infuriating, but there's nothing I can do about it because it's too expensive to replace. I'll have to stick with it for a while, but I'm considering contacting ao as I'm beginning to think it might be faulty...
If you need your clothes drying quickly, or if you need to use it a lot, this one is not for you. I'd be amazed if I actually save any money at all with this heat pump dryer due to the fact that it's operational 3-4 times longer than my old one. I'm so disappointed with it. "
