"I have several other Samsung products including 2 TVs. All work well. I ordered a 24-inch tv from ao which arrived the next day. The picture was very dark and the sound was very poor. I spent three and a half hours talking to ao and the Samsung remote engineer who tried to repair it online and failed, I asked ao to refund my money but they insisted on replacing the faulty tv. A replacement arrived the next day. That tv wouldn't receive a signal from a satellite box or router. I tried phoning ao but was told to expect to wait for 32 mins for an operator to respond so I phoned Samsung. Another hour and twenty minutes on the phone while they tried to fix it remotely. They failed! I was told by the Samsung operator to hang up and that she would call me back after she had talked to ao. I am still waiting for that call. I did not want to spend hours on the phone so I emailed ao for a second time and asked for my money back. They have agreed to a full refund.
If you want a new TV to just plug in and watch don't buy Samsung. If you want good customer service when having problems with your purchase don't buy from ao."
