"They wouldn't stay in my ears for more than 5 minutes before falling out and I end up chasing it down the road. This was just under normal use, exercise was out the question. I tried all the tips supplied and bought memory foam tips to try. None of these worked. You can only receive refund of 45% as they are used, despite not being functional. Beware that you might have this issue and there is little recourse if you do."
