"The product itself hasn’t been installed yet, paid for the removal of the old one and setups for the new one but when the delivery crew arrived at my place they told me they wouldn’t be able to install it. It’s been more than a month now without the hob and it’s a terrible experience.
Contacted the support and got the installation money refunded the next day, but that didn’t solve my problem.
Still waiting for the technician to come to see if the hob and oven are any good."
