Disappointed with this fridge

"The fridge thermostat packed up after 3 months. Very disappointed, as I had a previous Fridgemaster product that lasted for 20 years. The engineer did not have the parts on his van to fix, and ETA was 18 days. I requested a refund and AO arranged for a new fridge (I asked for a different brand) to be delivered the next day. AO customer service was excellent. "
