"Bought after my previous LG of 8 years broke. Was excited to finally get a 4K TV but was incredibly disappointed on setting this up!! Picture quality was definitely not 4K, the remote was incredibly unresponsive and full of features no one would ever want (if I wanted to use my remote like a pointer or mouse, I’d have bought a laptop!!) but the biggest disappointment was the sound quality!! No matter what setting I changed it to, the sound was always very poor!! Either the voices were too high but background noise and music was muffled or the opposite occurred!! Had to boost the volume up to 70 before I could hear anything clearly and that’s just not acceptable!! My previous TV that was bought in 2014 had a far better sound quality and that shouldn’t be possible on older models!! Not happy in the slightest!!"

"A great quality TV at a very reasonable price. The TV took roughly half hour to set up. I would recommend adjusting the picture and sound from the default settings as the picture quality just wasn’t quite there when you first tune it in. I changed the sound to cinema mode as the sound had more depth compared to the default. The magic remote this TV uses took a little bit getting used to as it’s more like pointing a mouse at the screen, but I actually found it a lot quicker to input words into the search, signing in etc. You still have the standard numbers on the remote so it’s not that much different to a standard one. It’s great having all the catch up apps on the TV such as BBC iplayer, ITV hub, 4OD, Now TV etc etc. Overall I’m very happy with this TV and highly recommend it. "
