"The TV was well boxed and arrived in good condition. It was easy enough to follow the basic set-up pamphlet that came in the box, but I was disappointed that the full operators manual was not included, and the instruction that suggested I viewed the e-manual embedded in the TV was easier said than done. (how to do this was not fully explained). For the price paid, I would have thought a full manual would not be too expensive to be included, and for that reason, I am only awarding four stars. Once I had it set up, the TV itself produced a good quality picture and sound and I am very happy with it."
