"Beko are absolutely shocking. Bought this in August and it broke at the start of December and these scammers are trying to say it is user fault to get out of covering the repair under warranty. The issue is with the control board used to select the wash option, yet the Beko engineer magically ‘found’ a leak, when no one was watching, and funny that we never had a leak and reported the issue due to the control screen, so now this isn’t covered under warranty even though the machine is 4 months old.
Save your time and money and go with a reputable manufacturer. Never again will I buy a Beko product and I recommend you don’t either. "
