"I would have loved this cooker if it werent for the fact it is falling apart. however after waiting 2 monthes for the delivery, which would have been acceptable it seems like they dont like to fasten the bolts that hold it together. When it arrived the top casing for the hob was loose and one side could be lifted off and there were screws missing in the grill. After using the oven maybe 3 or 4 times the handle has come off and now i felt compelled to give a review to let others know the potential problems. Its a shame as my mum and dad had a rangemaster cooker and it had been a workhorse with one issue in over 15 years of use as well as having a lifetime guarantee. This is why i chose this product, i had bought into the brand being quality and reliable, however this particular product is not. AO werent much help either just passing the responsibilty to the manufacturer with no aftercare. Oh well, should have just gone for a Beko!!"
"Pleased with our new cooker. It looks great & well built. We especially like the cast iron pot stands ( which we had on ours previous cooker) not many brands have these. So far it’s been easy to navigate the controls & settings. There are a gd amount of shelves & an added bonus shelf with roasting tray. The hob griddle plate is great too. We have only just received it so haven’t had an awful lot of time cooking on it but we are pleased with all elements so far."
