I have always kept the insurance with ao also and any problems with any purchases I have made they have a super turn around to get it fixed fast or even better replace the item. I will continue to be a customer for life due to the excellent customer service and fast service they offer. "
"Liked the heat pump concept and recycling heat. Has a lot of intelligent heating options but think they could be more simple to use. Great dryer but a pain having to remove the bottom panel every time you need to empty the water container. "
