Imagine the scene, Sunday tea time, 2 starving teenage boys and the oven just stops working.
Monday go on ao.com and order a replacement, delivery confirmed for Wednesday all good. Phone call from ao.com clarifying all the details and the notice I didn't click for collection of old oven, so they added this service for free. Delivery people arrived exactly on time (to the minute) and were very polite and considerate. New oven all up and running with a full electrics test, in less than 30 minutes. Normal service resumed, boys fed. "
