"This oven seems to be excellent quality with sturdy cooking trays. We have not had it long but all cooking results good so far. Unfortunately this is a replacement item as first was faulty. Exchange was straightforward though. "

"Oven is aesthetically pleasing and was delivered promptly with texts and emails to confirm timeslots. Plenty of wire racks and grill trays and a large oven cavity. The thing that stops me giving 5 stars is the complexity of starting the oven quickly. It requires reading and rereading the limited/non logically sequenced instructions each time you want to cook. Hoping to find a quick start eventually, maybe on YouTube."
