"Purchased March 2022 from AO. Was pleased with the product until its sudden heat loss. It’s disappointing as it’s only used in winter months no more than three times a week no more than 30 minutes each time. It’s kept clean with filters cleaned on a regular basis. My old dryer worked for over 10 years so expected more out of this one especially due to the good reviews it received and normally I have found Hotpoint products are very reliable. For ease of use I would have given 5 stars but downgraded to having a fault so soon. "
