"Had similar cooker 11 years ago, so was happy to have the same make. One problem, in the manual it said that to use the heat shield in the top oven which i did before. The heat shield did not fit. After a lot of phone calls to Hotpoint from AO, it turns out you don't need one for this oven."

"A very neat and modern looking cooker. Good energy rating.
How ever, the shelfs in the bottom oven do not fit aswell as
I'd like them to fit., they are quite loose.
Overall though, we are quite Happy with this cooker."
