"On paper, this TV is perfect for us. The features and what it does. It's good value for money too. But the reality is that it is flakey to live with.
Sometimes it crashes. Sometimes the iPlayer or All4 apps don't work. Sometimes casting content from your phone/ipad doesn't have any sound. Other times the picture is dim with lines across it.
The fix is to unplug it and turn it on again. It annoys me, but worst of all it makes my wife furious and I get it in the neck for buying a stupid TV.
I wouldn't buy another one again, or recommend this TV. Updates don't fix anything. I don't know if it's a Philips or an Android TV issue, but it sucks. "
