"Nice and easy to set up and mount on wall with the suggest mount. Ambilight really adds to films and normal TV. The smart feature can be a bit sluggish but loads of feature. Sound is surprisingly good but am using a AV amp with it. I like the picture frame fantastic difference from 12 year old TV. Don't touch the film on the screen, it is not a protective cover but part of the TV. There is a sticker about it buts it's not clear until you scan the QR code which specifically says don't touch. Only giving 4 stars due to slower smart menus. "

"Abysmal picture quality. Constant flashing via HDMI sources. Four months to finally get a refund after a long-running Philips clown-show. Maybe I got a bad one I guess, but nonetheless, Philips tech support remained defiant in its default ‘denial mode’ ; scripted, inflexible, void of authority, and utterly unfit for purpose. Its assigned engineer Equinox was little better.
AO.com sorted me the refund in the end. All credit to them.
