"Brilliant freezer. Not so sure about the switching over of the door as found this so awkward to actually do that in the end we just left it as it was when dropped off. It makes no noise at all apart from after you've had the door open for a bit and is getting back down to temperature. As for the it will hold 12 bags of shopping, well they would have to be very small bags as I only managed to get 7 standard supermarket cool/chill bags of shopping in it and it's fit to bust. So not 100% sure where the rest is supposed to go, but otherwise am happy with the product. "
