"Door catch failed after 7 months, Electra first claimed it was accidental damage, then on a subsequent phone call said it was cosmetic, then changed it to wear and tear all of which are not covered by warranty.
AO have been brilliant in attempting to solve the problem, but not only is the appliance not fit for purpose Electras customer service is second to all.
DO NOT BUY! "

"Smart product, lots of space and cleans very well and quietly. I was really impressed with this product and it fits in lots of plates and cups etc for a family of 5 which means we are turning it on less -
A saving on energy too. Bonus!"

"The Electra dishwasher is sturdy when on however, there were several issues fitting it. The legs are very weak and the rear one snapped off when positioning the machine. The bottom rack is constantly coming off the rails and needs to be lifted into the machine, plus you can't get wine glasses in the top!"
