"Like most people are at the moment, I bought a new fridge intending to reduce my electricity usage and this is the good thing about it. It uses very little electricity. Sadly, this appears to be because it doesn't cool down the food properly. I have loaded it with food at around 8C and it is in an optimal position where it was professionally installed, temps between 16 and 24, a foot of airflow at the back and sides. Having kept the door shut for three days and nights the temperature inside the fridge has slowly reduced from 8 to a slow cycle between 5C and 7C. I'd send it back but AO don't do refunds so before you buy, decide if this is adequate for your needs (I've had it "repaired" by AOs repair people but this has made no difference.)"
