"Thermostat not working from day 1.
Reported to ao who passed us directly onto Electra support. Electra needed to have an engineer inspect the product first. Faulty brand new item will not be imedeatly replaced by ao or Electra.
First appointment date for inspection is 2.5 weeks hence, which is totally unacceptable for a new unused product.
VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE.
