"the fridge was ok just basic delivery was treble which i paid for and had thought they were unpacking and taking the rubbish but no i was told no by the delivery person very rude it did say on my order, i always order from this company they always take the packing away will no order from them again "

"The product was of good quality. We paid for them to unpack it and take the old one away.and install the new one. This was for a very frail older woman. They did that but when the installed the new one they put it so she couldn't shut the door. Luckily I went a few hours later and moved it for her. I called AO and they were extremely helpful and gave us a refund of the installation charge."
