It seems to be doing what it is designed for.

"Well, we have switched it on, and all it has had to keep cold is a case of beer which it has done very well. On the '1' setting, it is sitting very happily at around 2.5 -3 degrees.C. Soon, however, it will be used for food when our Ukrainian family arrive and I feel certain that it will rise to the task magnificently."
