"My oven is 10 months old.
I went to take something hot out of the smaller top oven and the left hand side of the door completely came away from the hinge.
I had to temporarily get the hinge partially back into place so that It would not fall on the floor. Luckily this happened to me and not my wife.
I will be contacting Zanussi asap, but the top oven is no longer usable and I will not be attempting to fix it myself."
"I love the oven very smart looking, I gave 4 stars only because the oven cooks differently to other ones I've had so not sure of the functions yet .
It does cook fast and very quiet."

"Product is really good - far more predictable and consistent across the shelves than our old oven. As it came with 3 shelves for two ovens i did buy an extra couple of shelves to make full use of all the oven space for when we have guests round"

"Have used the top oven, which works well. Unfortunately, the temperature dial for the main oven does not pop out when pressed, so I cannot use this at the moment. Will need an engineer visit to fix."
