So am experimenting at the moment.
I have found the Rapid spin is very good for lightly soiled articles such as
Rubber backed bath mats on a cold wash.
The eco setting at 40 degrees did a good job on my duvet, pillow cases and fitted sheet, along with two shirts and some underwear.
All in all after a month I have found the machine is more than adequate for my needs
