"The machine is fine, does what it's meant to. The reason for 5 stars is professional behaviour politeness of the delivery guys. They had to lift it up a staircase and they did not hesitate. "

"I used AO for first time and can only praise the process: EASY online purchase (best price I could find too), clear and concise communications every step of the way and on the delivery day.
