"Always had Hotpoint appliances. Replaced a 6 year old machine with this one due to worn out bearings. Easy purchase, delivery drivers were lovely and very helpful!"

"I ordered this as my machine had given up on me so I needed a replacement quickly.
Am very disappointed in this product! It’s extremely noisy, which my old one wasn’t.
I Also paid for it to be set up, it seemed to have been set up well until it started, clearly the feet had not been levelled out, hence it’s made holes in my kithara floor and due to this I cannot move it to change this. So the machine is banging about while washing and the feet have melted away!"
