"I had a Samsung microwave for years. No problems until it suddenly died - with a slight smell of burning. I read the reviews and bought another one which should tell you a lot. A big sturdy beast that does what it promises as far as microwave cooking is concerned. And easy to clean. With no hint of rust anywhere. The only thing I do NOT like is the lack of decent instructions and any kind of recipe book. I went online as per advice from previous reviewers. Far more comprehensive instructions but still very little help with the combi features. And confusing advice like heat the grill before using. For how long? No help even from Youtube. I never came to grips with combi cooking with the last machine but I would love to do better this time. Please Samsung - a little help with clearer instructions and a few recipes that let us try out the grill and convection features."

"Absolutely love this microwave! e.g. If you cook fish fingers using the conventional program they are as crisp as being fried but without the oil, it's like an Air Fryer. For a one or two person household you could easily do without using the main oven most of the time, saving energy bills. Nice positive controls, easy to operate, pretty quiet and dead easy to clean."
