"When set up the TV is great. Good picture, good sound and good control from the remote. The only down side is the set up of various features: at every stage it seemed to require a password or code, this, with the diffuculty accessing compatability with Amazon's Alexa, meant that it took over 2 hours to complete the set up process. There was a lack of information on how ro access Alexa both from the TV and from the Alexa app. In the end we had to google the solution. "
