So why only 4 stars… this TV has several HDMI sockets but only 1x HDMI (arc) which allows for more bandwidth and control of other equipment. Still good right - wrong! The HDMI arc connector is on the back (not the side) meaning that your HDMI straight cable will still out. Still not a problem if Neil you mount to the wall like we had done. Now it’s just impossible to use a straight HDMI lead because it sticks out too far.
So an additional issue is that this rear arc socket area is recessed so even if we use a right angle adaptor the lead won’t fit.
To be fair O haven’t tried that yet but it looks too tight for an adapter so will be looking for a high quality HDMI arc lead with one end which has a 90 degree connector.
So only 4 stars.
