"This is a great TV. The picture quality is fantastic and the sound is surprisingly good. There’s a great selection of apps available to use, and the interface is really responsive. I also use this TV to play my PS5, which looks absolutely stunning. There are a bunch of pre configured picture settings that you can choose to suit whatever it is you’re playing ok screen. From using this TV on a daily basis, I would say a major drawback is LG’s smart remote; it acts as a “wand” to let you move the cursor around the screen as you point to the TV; I’m not sure how the remote is tracked but you can easily confuse the TV, which makes selecting menu items difficult. That being said, the wand mode can be easily switched out of if you press the directional buttons on the remote, at which point the UI switches back to a traditional navigation mode.
Setting up the TV was a bit difficult on my own; it’s quite heavy, and I always get nervous when it comes to applying and sort of pressure on a new TV. To fit the stand, I had to lean the TV against the back of my sofa and expose the rear of the TV over the edge of the seat. I’m not sure why TVs are still shipped like this; I honestly find it easier to put together sofas and beds, which doesn’t really make sense when you think that sofas and beds have to support multiple people, yet assembling a television stand is always a pretty dicey process.
Overall, this is a great TV, even if the remote is a bit silly. It looks really good in our living room, and it has plenty of ports for consoles and smart TV devices like Apple TV. My advice would be to just have someone help you set it up!

"Great to find a TV to replace our ageing plasma. Same depth if blacks etc plus the bonus of being Smart. The TV is linked to our AV Receiver, so the sound quality is irrelevant but it is ‘thin’ compared to a decent AV amp & speakers.
The instruction sheet of how to assemble the stand was a bit of a head-scratcher and there is no user manual or quick start guide. Sections of this are available on the TV ( once initialised!) but look online for the real deal."
