"Due a horridly upsetting situation my son's TV died, it's very important due to his health issues because it's his window to the world etc. ao.com customer service sales team were amazingly helpful, large amount of advice especially due to light sensitivity health issues so we got the right long term TV specifications as it was a huge investment. The discount offered on top of an already good offer too. The TV has so far been good, great picture quality and ideal lighting specs for my son's needs ( however it may be too dark for some possibly). Like I've said huge investment but it is his main form of entertainment due to his health and his condition regarding light sensitivity has to be carefully managed because of aweful cluster headaches which most people don't realise a lot of TVs don't help so he can't just go buy any TV. The other thing to bear in mind is the insurance, this time we will not forget or cancel the insurance because we've learnt our lesson that when TV screens die just outside of warrantee your only option is to replace the whole TV there is no
economical parts, new technology is good but also highly likely to fail too. Overall nice TV and so far meets our specific needs perfectly, the size purchased is due to length of room it's in based on recommended distance from a screen and to avoid neck movement when watching which yet again is health specific to my son. Highly recommend and trust me homework was done on this because of many factors most people wouldn't even think of, I can't thank ao.com enough for their help and advice. "
