"(This review after I've lived with this dishwasher for a year, so had plenty of time to get used to it.)
If it had just a few straightforward buttons – perhaps "Heavy load", "Light Load", "Rinse only", "Delay Start" and "Go" it would be a fine machine. But it does too much, and the layout and labelling of the controls is neither logical nor intuitive. Certain functions can *only* be accessed via the Internet, and it took me half an hour on the phone to user support (admittedly very helpful) to work out how I had to program the thing *using my iPhone*.
And when it's finished its cycle, it turns all the lights off; much better to leave one light on to show the dishes inside are clean.
It cleans extremely well, and the layout of trays is fine, but why in the world does a dishwasher need to connect to the Internet?"

"Very quiet and much quicker than my old machine, but the top rack is really badly designed - no chance of putting wine glasses in, and why on earth you have to click on the arrow button several times to get to the programme you want to use is beyond me. I have to press 5 buttons to start it. It does clean a lot better than my last 20 year old one, but the design is poor. Wish I'd seen it in the flesh before buying - my bad."

"Some limitation on loadability if crockery is chunky / thick walled and deep.
Cleans well.
The "Extra Dry" function is not successful on all programs. Our old Bosch always finished hot and dried fully.
It does the job and arranging cutlery in the drawer makes it easy to empty and put away. Nice bonus!"

"Seems to work well, although I am not sure why the programmes have to be so long on modern machines . The cutlery tray takes a bit of getting used to and it stops you putting tall glasses in the upper tray. I'm not sure what the AO drinks bottle was about, since I didn't receive this."

"Had a series 4 previously where the racks had better options for folding. That aside, this is a good machine and was delivered quickly by AO and installed.
The Wi-fi connection is beneficial surprisingly, I downloaded another program from the app, which was useful.
Recommended. "
