"Dishwasher meets our needs perfectly and is so much quieter and more energy-efficient than our previous model. The cutlery tray at the top takes a bit of getting used to in terms of dishwasher loading, but makes emptying easier and frees up a lot of space in the bottom tray. Love the 'time left to run' light on the floor. All in all, very happy!"
"The actual dishwasher is really good, although as it now has a cutlery draw at the top of the dishwasher it does restrict the height of the dishes you can put into the next draw down. It will take a little getting used to but the overall cleaning is excellent. However it had no installation instructions with it when it arrived which meant downloading a 40 page document. It appears to be norm nowadays but it also did not have a template for fitting the integrated door. I found this really annoying and approached Neff who are going to get me one from abroad. My husband and I are both in our late 70's and not up to date with the new way of forever looking things up. "

"Have been using this dishwasher for around two weeks and so far I'm impressed. It has loads of settings so you can adjust it depending on what you are cleaning, which is useful. but if you can't be bothered you can just put it on eco mode, which takes a while but cleans well and according to my smart meter won't break the bank.
as well as all the wash setting it also gives you lots of options to move the racks around. So for example you can flatten down the plate racks if you have a large pot to wash. All of the racks can be moved, not just one of two. Plus you can lower and raise the glasses draw.
I wasn't too sure about the cutlery draw, having previously only had dishwashers with a basket, but it's OK. My only only criticism would be that this draw is quite shallow so some large cooking utensils won't fit.
Overall though I am very happy and would definitely recommend it. "
