"I have found I have to rinse all food off before they go in this dishwasher. It somehow cannot remove all food and despite washing it before, I need to wash it afterwards as well. Engineer has been in and changed the pump but it still cannot handle any food particles at all. They seem to be ground up microscopically and left on top or on sides of the plates/cups etc. The filters are cleaned every time and I have tried every dishwasher tablet. The strongest and longest setting still leaves small food particles. The difference to my last dishwasher is that there is no water jet at the top of the dishwasher so the water must have to be forced upwards, food particles and all. I have spent months googling and trying to get my dishes clean but it really is a huge disappointment. I clean all jet arms and filters and there is really nothing else to try. The engineer checked plumbing and everything else. "
