"The picture is perfection. It's fast in responding in both it's smart features and normal tv functions. The blacks are pure black. Colours are crisp. Sound is better than most inbuilt speakers .. it's biggest downfall. Alexa doesn't to anything. Oh wait. I can change the volume. No channel changing. No app selection. Nothing. If you can put that aside, as I have, it's the perfect big screen tv at a price I wasn't expecting this sort of quality "

This is my 3rd Samsung smart TV, but its the 1st without built in freesat.
Brilliant picture, great apps, the sounds a bit tinny so would highly recommend a sound bar or surround sound. "
"Great quality on most channels, but as the tv is so big when the picture quality being broadcast isn’t great then it is emphasised on a bigger screen.
Dynamic mode is too dark even with brightness to max, better to leave it in standard mode and adjust the settings to your needs.
Sound is great and movies are beautiful to watch in HD.
Be aware that this tv is very heavy even though it is ultra thin."
