"To sum it up in a word, great. The picture quality is sharp, the colours are rich and the high refresh rate is slick with games consoles. The sound is good, although it's best with a soundbar. As with most smart TVs the software is ok, however found on the odd occasion it freezes momentarily but not enough to be a problem. On the whole I would definitely recommend this TV."

"Have had a Samsung Tv before and had been very happy, a accident decorating meant I needed a replacement. So chose the Q80AA.
Same size as before just a slight adjustment with the bracket and it was on the wall. Easy to set up literally all done on the Mobile. Once left to warm up a bit the colours did seem to be a little flat, very easy colour and sound adjustment and we started to see the quality of the 4K picture. My biggest plus is the speed it loads apps hardly any lag but do have a fast wired connection. Loads to learn about it but we are enjoying the ease and quality of use. Nice touch solar remote that feels light and easier to use than the standard remote, wealth of features and very easy to navigate them, all in all very impressed with this TV"
