This model ticked all of the boxes immediately by being a reputable brand, having a choice of colours to choose from and being easy enough to use straight away without the need of a master's degree in engineering.
The only thing that I was surprised at is how small the cooking appears. It measures exactly the same as the 20 litre microwave it replaced, but the dark painted interior on this model makes it look a lot smaller.
