Good microwave but cannot unscrew plug

"Works as described, intuitive interface - but the plug doesn't have screws and can't be rewired or removed - so rather than having the wire run down through the hole drilled at the back of the shelf for that purpose, it is just running over and around the shelf, which isn't as good"

Holds water after used

"It is a small microwave. But when you use it , it gets damp inside, so need to wipe it after you use it or it has water left inside "
