"I received this QLED TV within 2 days of ordering, and found setup easy. The TV is perfect with a really great picture, and being connected with my Samsung Sound Bar, it's like cinema quality. A great improvement on my 10yrs old previous Samsung TV.

"This is a great tv, but the one let down is the sound quality. I believe that when you are spending a lot of money they should be good sound. I don’t think you should have to start spending more on a sound bar. I would have given 5 stars otherwise."

"Overall, the tele is good. The picture is clear and it has the popular streaming apps you need. You can record live TV to a USB whilst watching another programme.
The one thing that I don't like is the sound. It is tinny. I did see this in the reviews but I thought I could adjust it in the way that I have adjusted before. It cannot be adjusted in any significant way. I'm going to have to buy a soundbar which I'm not happy about.
If the sound is not an issue for you then I would definitely recommend the tele. If it is an issue, you should invest in a soundbar to go with it."

"There are many excellent aspects to this TV. The picture is very clear. It is easy to set up. The apps load quickly. You can record programmes onto a USB whilst watching another programme. It has two USB ports and 4 HDMI ports.
The major downside for me was the sound. There were reviews that mentioned tinny sound but I thought I could change the settings. There are settings but they make no major difference to the sound quality. I now have to buy a sound bar which has made me cross as this TV isn't cheap. We deliberately didn't buy cheap to avoid this problem and we encountered it anyway. If I could, I would have given 3.5 stars rather than 4."
