"This is my first experience of a combined washer/dryer so the different settings took me a little while to understand. However when you open up the app it’s a piece of cake and very, very straightforward. It’s guided washing/drying tips are spot on, but not everybody is going to want to run the machine via the app and I found the guide supplied not overly helpful, so for me that’s where the machine falls down a bit so loses a star. I would recommend the product but would make sure they would be accessing the app as well. I also found the drainage hose to be ridiculously short so had to buy an extension which was a bit irritating."
