"I don't like it mainly because the instructions for use are very complex for me, my previous Hoover Washer Dryer was excellent I had it for 15 years and never had any problems with anything that is why I bought another of the same Brand. The first time I used it I used the ECO setting it took over 2 & a half hours! plus when it did finish I put the Dryer on, when the cycle finished water was coming out from underneath? I've got to the stage i'm scared to use it but obviously I have to, I will never buy this Brand again."

"Washer is great. Lots of different functions and you can change temp or spin speed on everything if you need to. Has an allergy cycle that hygienically washes at 60 degrees. Fab for cloths / tea towels etc. Not so impressed with the dryer, but I guess because it's a combined one and there is water in the machine it will take much longer than a normal drier. Can't set it for specific times either you can only choose between the available programmes. Some can take up to 3 hours and they still come out damp. Load has to be fairly small so dry fully and in a reasonable time.
Otherwise really pleased with the machine, it looks great, does what it needs to and does it well. "

"Works just like it says on the box, being able to put the laundry in and know that it's ready to wear straight out of the machine is great. Particularly if you are a bit forgetful like myself. No damp forgotten clothes starting to smell. Much quieter than our old machine. "
