"Our order arrived promptly and on time. It was clear however that the product had been opened and repackaged. I have photographs. It was also clear the product had not been used but as the product was a gift for our daughter we were disappointed. I rang the helpline and used live chat to discuss our disappointment but after holding for more than 30mins on each I gave up. "
