"So far, the family are loving the Samsung Family Hub. This is because of all the other things it does besides keeping food cool or cold! We play music, upload photos, interact with Bixby. Shopping lists are now electronic and can be viewed when we are actually in the supermarket.
The camera is a bit gimmicky because you can only see 2 of the 5 shelves from the Smartthings app on your phone, so using it to check say if you need milk while in the supermarket is only possible if the milk is on one of the 2 shelves! I think 2 cameras would make it far more functional. Also, the fact that you cannot add apps to it is a bit limiting. Nevertheless a good addition to the home!"

"Have been looking for this product for months. Tried ao.com for the first time and the process was quite smooth.
About the product: Love it!! First thing to be sorted was the price but my absolutely frugal wife says its worth the money so that was a relief. Kid loves to play around with the coloring pad on it as well as playing songs (have kept a screen protector to avoid scratches).
It has a wonderful wine rack and enough space for beer and all the milk bottles etc.. Haven't explore the ice thing yet (anyway it is still peak winter so can hold off on that).
It is quite spacious (both fridge and freezer section)! One does see it in the showroom but once its at home, it is good to see the space when one has guests over at home.
It does not have the best audio output but keeping in mind that it adds a nice ambience to kitchen while cooking, more than makes up for it. Just put a play list on Spotify and it works like a charm.
It by default goes to show the temperature and weather which is good to know in the morning as we prepare for the day.
The wheels on the bottom makes it easy to changes its place once the delivery guys leave your house (have tried couple of places only to be point blank rejected by DW).
It might seem like much but putting it in the dining room has kind of brought the family together during our dinner and lunch times. So worth every penny for us. Plus, the option to put nice family pictures on the screensaver mode of the screen definitely helps.
If it lasts 10 years, it would work out to roughly ~£240 per year which is definitely not bad!
One hassle was bringing it through the dining room doors. So have a tool kit ready for the same. Also, the doors do feel a bit heavy. Closing the door with a thud does make all the bottles rattle so being a bit careful on that account helps."
