"The oven is a replacement of one old for a new model of the same product. I have had the old oven for five years nothing wrong with it still worked well but was starting to show was getting old. I looked at all the dealers who stocked Panasonic with the model I required for the most competitive price and bought it."

"We weren't quite sure whether it's worth to spend almost £500 on a microwave... But it's quite a thing... You can't make everything in it - but it's convenient, does a great job at reheating meals (and steam makes it slightly better than just an over or just a microwave), the combination of all methods really does the job to my surprise... But it's not perfect. For starters it's confusing when you can use different trays and trivets - so you really have to check the manual or make a note next to it. Sometimes it's confusing as well - program clearly states to put metal wire tray in despite the microwaves being used... (I know - I've watched the thing for 20 minutes just to make sure it doesn't spark - and it didn't) - and it's pretty BIG... But looks nice, does the job, and AO did a great job at handling a broken glass tray - simply replaced the whole unit next day. Generally pleased - but it's only been a couple of weeks."
