"This is the quietest washer I have ever known. The size is great. The section for you detergent and softener is will laid out and removal for easy cleaning. The light in the drier means easy to spot anything that pops in there by mistake. The company have thought of everything. Well Done!!!"

"We are in love with this washing machine. It is so quiet that you don't even hear when it has finished running and it holds lots more clothes than our previous machine without taking up any more space! We don't have much space and a lot of other models we looked at would have stuck out too far - it is only 56cm deep. Very happy, too, that it is using less power than other makes at this price. Only thing we don't know yet is how well it will last. Hoping it does better than our last one. "

"Ok, I had an LG DD originally which was a very good washing machine and it was not my first LG. However their customer service was terrible so I made the jump and switched brands. I love the idea of Direct drive so I was steered toward this machine. It was a good choice! It's very quiet, very. It washes very well and best of all it does what I want it to do. No AI that decides my 1 hour wash needs to take 3 hours ! Yes it weighs the clothes on certain washes and changes the time slightly, but usually by not much and in most cases it was in my favour, that is a shorter wash. I have to admit, it does exactly what it's supposed to and how I want it to. I think my favourite wash, as I'm a man, is the mix wash, as I can't be faffing around sorting out all the bits and bob colours or cotton's. I just chuck it all in and turn it on ! It washes it all clean in a realistic time.
The delivery service from AO was superb. So yeh, my review; excellent machine with excellent service from AO.

"So far the washing machine doesn't disappoint! Love the light inside the drum and the it's SO QUIET! Hard to believe after our last one. Even spin cycle is barely a whisper. Don't know how much the foam pads around the base help this, but I'm not going to argue as it surprised both my wife and I. Other than that, it all works like a washing machine should. It's pretty heavy, so doesn't shuffle about the floor when spinning. Clothes are coming out clean and spun out. Oh, and the drum is massive!
