Unfortunately the delivery drivers did not remove the transit rods when installing so the machine was damaged and have had to replace with a different Haier Model. "Overall happy with the product, it is very quiet and easy to operate. As per some other reviews, you do get some water left in the door seal after each wash and for lighter loads, a lot of water left in the detergent compartment. It's not the end of the world, though it would benefit Haier to solve these minor issues which become irritations if you are using the machine daily. The clips that secure the detergent drawer in place are not really designed to be unclipped and re-clipped each use, as that is for occasional cleaning, so having to do so to rid the water build up each use, risks these snapping. If you do big loads infrequently then I'd definitely recommend, if you do smaller and more often, which is possible even for a large machine like this due to having programs for sport gear, for example, then I'd encourage you to think about the issues above and how important that is to you."
