Only negative is that the short washes are not that effective and clothes don’t smell fresh using the refresh programme. "

"I got this to replace a old Panasonic machine, the machine is great, but beware it says 5 year warranty when all you get is 2 years, the information in the pack about warranty service, the site is not secure and haier customer service is very bad.
When you say it says 5 year warranty, all they say is only 2 year warranty and push you to sign up for extended warranties for a monthly fee.
If you are looking at this for a long warranty, I would say look at a different manufacturer because this only come with a 2 year warranty, "

"I highly recommend this machine to anyone who would listen.
We have 3 of these machines across my extended family. The capacity is an absolute godsend for our busy households. It tackles pretty much anything we throw at it from the endless soiled baby clothes and sheets to duvets and pillows.
Large wash loads of trackies and jeans are a breeze and the quick cycle has been useful for the lightly soiled stuff.
It’s also very quiet on a full load, we have ours run overnight to be ready for mornings.
Note: It is a HEAVY piece of kit, so would recommend paying for an install. Get your installer to read the installation manual as it contains additional travel bolts (compared to typical smaller washing machines) that need to be removed and check it is fully balanced if your floor is not completely level. If it’s not balanced you will get the dreaded wobbles at heavier loads. You can check this buy trying to rock the machine backwards and forwards or side to side.

"Haven’t had this long but so far so good. Looks really stylish and is much quieter than my old LG one. Lots of room inside the drum, just make have to make sure I remember to put two pods in a wash rather than one. Makes a bit of a weird noise when she first starts going and the water is going in but apart from that I am very happy. "
