"no problem with the service from AO. but i am seriously thinking of returning this dryer, hardly any water is collected in the door container and moisture builds up in the cupboard and on the appliance . it is advertised and sold as a built in dryer but when you complain to hoover are told it should be in a well ventilated space, waiting for a hoover engineer to see if it is faulty or useless. I have had a condensing dryer before and never had this issue. don't buy as a replacement for a failed integrated unit.
