"A little tricky to connect our sky Q box at first
the only problem now is TV takes to long to come on and have to use both remote for TV and remote for sky .
Think the MAIN PROBLEM is

"Good, lightweight product so was easily able to hang it on the wall. Working well so far. Had some trouble downloading a couple of the apps (Disney + in particular). In the end we found a solution online (Reddit rather than an official product site) and had to reset it to factory settings. Other than that, no issues."
